Swoon's client in the food and beverage delivery space is seeking an experienced Technical Data Analyst who can serve as a Subject Matter Expert for their integrated offerings and guide partners through new Integration builds for our Drive product & associated suite of APIs. Role Details:Contract Duration: 8 months w/potential extensionRate: $60.34/hr W2Location: REMOTE Responsibilities:Translate complex technical requirements into clear business solutions that align with our partner’s objectives. Collaborating closely with Merchants and Integrations partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and successful integration onto their platform. Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide guidance and support. Effectively drive product & associated suite of APIs . Qualifications:At least 3 years of experience translating technical concepts to business solutions.Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs and webhooks.Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve AI experience (not hard requirement, but preferred).experience in project and/or program management Experience planning sprints and utilizing Jira for project tracking Proven success working in cross-functional engineering and operations teams
