This organization has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality architectural millwork and interior finishes across commercial and high-end projects throughout the region.This is an on-site, field-focused role for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy being directly involved in execution from pre-construction through installation and closeout. The company is looking for long-term team members who want to grow with the organization and take on increasing responsibility over time.Position OverviewProject Manager Responsibilities:Oversee millwork projects from award through completionManage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordinationReview shop drawings, submittals, and fabrication timelinesLead communication with general contractors, vendors, and field teamsTrack job costs, change orders, and billing processesIdentify risks and proactively drive solutions to maintain schedule and marginSuperintendent Responsibilities:Manage daily on-site millwork installation activitiesCoordinate labor crews and subcontractorsEnsure installation aligns with drawings, specifications, and quality standardsMaintain site safety and enforce compliance protocolsCommunicate progress updates and address field challenges in real timeCollaborate closely with project management to maintain scheduleQualifications3+ years of experience in commercial millwork or architectural woodworking projectsExperience working directly on job sites (field-based role required)Strong understanding of shop drawings, fabrication, and installation sequencingAbility to manage multiple moving parts in active construction environmentsStrong communication and leadership skillsBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusStable work history and desire for long-term growthWhat They’re Looking ForSelf-starter who takes ownership of projectsDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsComfortable working full-time on job sitesTeam player who wants to grow within a reputable organizationMotivated professional looking for stability and upward mobility
