Mechanical Systems Manufacturing Engineer

Review drawings and perform producibility and variation analyses to ensure manufacturability and process capability. Manage engineering release processes and develop work instructions to support production readiness. Lead Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) efforts to resolve production issues affecting performance, cost, or schedule. Drive process automation and implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Provide production and supply chain support to optimize workflows and material availability. Design and develop tooling and equipment to meet manufacturing needs. Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across disciplines and maintain program architecture.
