Executive Legal Assistant
Actively seeking Legal Executive Assistant for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position. The positions requires that the candidate have 10+ years of Executive Assistant Experience, with a majority of that within a law firm, including experience supporting senior partners or managing partners, including handling heavy scheduling and calendar management.-HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM ESTSCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID | Midtown EastPAY: $120 - $150K (Commensurate w/Experience)BENEFITS HIGHLIGHTS: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, etc.-IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s Degree PREFERRED10+ years working for a senior law firm partner, practice head, or C-suite executive REQUIREDStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) REQUIRED-ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESProactive ownership of all administrative functionsAbility to work collaboratively and in a team environment with other EAsProactively manage calendars, schedule all meetings, provide reminders, and follow up, identify and resolve conflicts.Maintain technology skills; support document production and electronic filing needs.Liaise with billing team to review and edit proformas and produce timely client bills.Proactively manage travel schedulesCoordinate arrangements with a focus on partner preferences, maintain detailed itineraries, produce timely expense reports.Ability to work overtime, evenings and weekends will be required. -Benefits Information:Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO-Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: SearchPointNY/Noor Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
