This role is ideal for candidates looking to apply vocational, technical, or trade school training in a hands-on setting while gaining practical experience alongside skilled maintenance professionals.The position offers the opportunity to develop mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance skills while contributing to safe and efficient plant operations. Candidates should demonstrate a strong interest in troubleshooting, continuous learning, and long-term career growth in maintenance.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform tool changes in accordance with production schedulesConduct preventive maintenance and monitor equipment conditionTroubleshoot and repair plant equipmentComplete required documentation in compliance with ISO/IATF standardsPerform general plant and facility maintenanceOperate equipment such as fork trucks, scissor lifts, and boom lifts (training provided)Support training of new hires and maintenance backupsAdhere to all safety standards within a manufacturing environmentQualificationsVocational, technical, or trade school training (or equivalent experience)Basic mechanical and/or electrical aptitudeStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work a rotating 12-hour schedule (day/night shifts required)Willingness to learn and grow within a manufacturing settingBenefits10 paid holidaysVacation and paid/unpaid time off (eligible to accrue and use in first year)Medical, dental, and vision coverage available on Day 1401(k) with company match (2:1 match on first 3%)Life and disability insurancePPE providedTuition reimbursementOpportunities for pay increases and career advancementQualified candidates are encouraged to apply.RequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDUnderstanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic devicesMechanical aptitude, knowledge of machine shop practices and strong math skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints or drawingsComputer Skills; MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel.
