This is a confidential search for a seasoned tax professional ready to step into a strategic leadership role.As a Senior Tax Manager, you will:Oversee and review complex client tax engagements across multiple industriesMentor and manage junior and mid-level staff, fostering professional developmentCollaborate with partners on tax planning strategies, compliance, and workflowEnsure high-quality deliverables while maintaining and strengthening client relationshipsLead process improvement initiatives within the tax departmentQualifications:Significant experience in tax preparation, review, and planningProven track record of supervising staff and managing teamsStrong technical knowledge of tax compliance, reporting, and industry-specific regulationsExcellent communication, client service, and leadership skillsCompensation & Benefits:Salary: $125k-$155k plus bonus eligibility (approx. 15%)Collaborative and supportive firm cultureOpportunities for professional growth and developmentComprehensive benefits packageTo be considered, please apply with your resume.
