This role works closely with an internal marketing team and manages a significant monthly ad spend in a regulated financial services environment.ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and RedditMonitor daily performance, pacing, and budget allocationOptimize for CPL, CTR, and conversion rateEnsure accurate conversion tracking and attribution, including HubSpot CRM integrationCollaborate on creative briefs, landing page recommendations, and campaign strategyEnsure all ads meet regulatory and compliance requirementsRequirements5+ years of hands-on paid advertising experience (Google Ads and Meta required)Experience managing $30,000+ monthly ad budgetsGoogle Ads Certification & Meta Blueprint required.Proven results improving CPL, ROAS, or conversion ratesExperience with HubSpot or similar CRMStrong analytical skills (Google Analytics and platform reporting tools)C1+ English level (Required)Nice to HaveExperience in financial services or other regulated industriesTikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads experience
