As our Media Buyer, you won’t just be "running ads" you will be a proactive problem-solver responsible for the health and success of multiple client accounts. If you thrive on hitting KPI targets and love the challenge of constantly outperforming yesterday’s results, you’ll fit right in with our mission of excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Optimization: Manage active advertising campaigns while maintaining strict Cost Per Lead (CPL) targets and KPI goals.Creative Iteration: Regularly refresh and rotate ad creatives to prevent fatigue and maintain peak performance.Strategic Testing: Develop and test new offer angles, ad copy, creative assets, and campaign strategies to lower acquisition costs.Technical Setup: Launch and configure new campaigns from the ground up, including Meta Pixel creation and conversion tracking.Client Retention: Proactively monitor account performance and participate in strategy meetings (MWF) to provide improvement recommendations.Account Management: Troubleshoot campaign issues and communicate updates or changes directly with clients when necessary.Retention Support: Track underperforming accounts and follow through on assigned optimization tasks to ensure long-term client satisfaction.Must-Have RequirementsPlatform Expertise: Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram Ads within the Meta ecosystem.Direct Response Mastery: Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns, CPL optimization, and ad testing strategies.Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and fix campaign issues independently.Multi-Account Management: Proven ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to advertising.Communication: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to articulate campaign updates clearly.Remote Discipline: A reliable professional remote setup with a strong internet connection and the ability to work independently.Nice-to-Have RequirementsIndustry Context: Previous experience in the home services industry.Funnel Expertise: Experience with Go High Level, funnel building, and CRM integrations.Technical Tracking: Proficiency in Pixel setup and complex conversion tracking.Client Facing: Prior experience in client-facing communication and retention strategy.Reporting: Familiarity with advanced reporting dashboards and documentation systems.Why Join UsIf you’re tired of "set it and forget it" environments and want to be part of a team where your analytical wins are celebrated, this is the place for you.
