Business Development Representative - On-Site (Centennial)We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team! This is an entry-level position (1-3 years in sales development) for someone who is excited to learn and grow with us!Upstate Coin and Gold is a leading player in the precious metals industry, dedicated to sourcing, refining,and distributing high-quality precious metals globally. With a commitment to excellence andsustainability, we strive to meet the diverse needs of our clients while adhering to the highest ethicalstandards in our operations.The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through the identification,qualification, and onboarding of new clients. This role requires a proactive approach to buildingprospect lists, engaging with potential clients through cold calling, and ensuring a seamless transitionfrom lead generation to account hand-off. The Business Development Representative will also be responsiblefor executing trades and providing support to the trading team, ensuring that all processes arecompliant and that clients receive the highest level of service.ResponsibilitiesLead Generation and Prospecting:Build and maintain a robust list of leadsConduct cold calls to engage and qualify prospects.Follow up with warm leads on the same day to maximize conversion opportunities.Lead Management And ComplianceTrack and manage leads through the compliance processCollaborate with internal teams, including compliance to facilitate a smooth onboardingprocess.CRM HygieneCRM must include accurate Legal Company Name, Email, Phone Number, Website,Relationship tab (all relationships), CCE, eba ID, CDN, Uploaded qualification, and anyother fields/tabs that we are able to fill outQualification document uploadedAccount Management And HandoffEnsure a seamless transition of qualified accounts to account managers.Maintain professional communication with prospects throughout the process.Sales EnablementConduct best-in-class Sales Kick-Off (SKO) meetings to align goals and strategies.Complete Platform Gold demos to showcase product capabilitiesTrading And SupportExecute trading activities for a minimum of two hours per day, with increased focuswhen the trading team is short-staffed.Serve as a backup for traders when they are out of the office.Support a minimum of 10 cases per day, addressing client inquiries and issues.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)? Successfully transition a minimum of 35/Month to account managers each week.? Execute a minimum of two hours of trading daily (more when the trading team is short).?
