You’ll start by shadowing experienced technicians and gradually take on your own service calls in the field.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Learn and apply troubleshooting techniques to repair office equipmentAssist with preventative maintenance to keep machines running smoothlyUse company software to track service calls and document repairsKeep customers updated on service status in a friendly and professional mannerMaintain a properly stocked service vehicle with tools and partsContinue learning through on-the-job training, manuals, and online coursesWho We’re Looking ForMechanical or technical aptitude – If you’ve fixed cars, appliances, or computers, you’re a great fit!Eager to learn – We’ll teach you, but you should be curious and proactiveGood problem solver – You enjoy figuring things out and troubleshooting issuesSelf-motivated & team player – Work independently but know when to ask for helpValid driver’s license & clean driving record – You’ll be traveling to customer sitesNetworking or IT knowledge is a plus, but not requiredWhat You Will Learn on Your Path to SuccessHands-on training with senior techniciansLearn basic repairs and service processesAssist on service calls to gain experienceTake on your own service callsDevelop confidence in diagnosing and fixing equipmentContinue growing technical and customer service skillsAdvancement opportunitiesReady to Start Your Career?Join a team that values growth, hands-on learning, and career stability.
