Copier Field Service Technician

Job Description Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of copier and printer models including Konica-Minolta Bizhub, Canon, Ricoh HP and others.Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and reduce future issues.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.Install, configure, and test new copiers, printers, and MFPs at client sites.Maintain accurate documentation of service calls, parts usage, and equipment performance in service logs and databases.Collaborate with other team members to provide efficient and effective service. Uphold strong customer relationships and maintain professionalism on-site.Fallow all safety procedures and company policies.
