Job Title: Sr. Factory ManagerLocation: City of Industry, Los AngelesDescription: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Factory Operations to lead our server and rack integration facility in the City of Industry, CA. This role is responsible for end-to-end oversight of manufacturing, integration, testing, quality control, logistics, and workforce management. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in data center hardware assembly or related electro-mechanical integration environments, combined with proven leadership skills in high-mix, fast-paced operations. What you will DO:Operational Leadership: Lead and manage all aspects of factory operations including assembly, integration, testing, packaging, and shipping of servers and racks.Process Improvement & Efficiency: Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and enhance product quality.Team Management: Supervise, train, and mentor department managers, supervisors, and factory personnel. Ensure a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment for all employees.Production Planning & Execution: Collaborate with planning, engineering, and supply chain teams to meet customer deadlines and optimize throughput. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of integrated server racks according to customer specifications.Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control systems and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.Facilities & Equipment Oversight: Manage factory layout, equipment maintenance, and overall facility readiness. Lead capital improvement projects as needed.Health, Safety, and Compliance: Enforce OSHA, ESD, and other safety standards. Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal laws. What you will NEED:10+ years of leadership experience in electronics manufacturing, hardware integration, or related field.Strong understanding of server, networking, and data center hardware.Proven experience managing factory operations in a high-mix, high-volume environment.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficient in ERP systems, production planning tools, and manufacturing metrics.Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese Preferred Experience:Experience working with hyperscaler, OEM, or enterprise-level IT hardware.Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.Prior background in rack-level integration, burn-in testing, and logistics coordination.
