Hours: To be discussed Shift Description: 8-10 hour days, Monday through Friday with unrestricted overnight call. Weekend hotel call. Weekend Requirements: Yes, 24-hour call to include 4 hours gratis. On Call Requirements: Night call to include 2.5 hours gratis MANDATED Job Requirements Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered: Board Certified Anesthesiology - REQUIRED Active NE license - REQUIRED OR IMLC (MUST HAVE LOQ IN HAND AT TIME OF SUBMISSION) TEE Certified - REQUIRED Cardiac Anesthesiology Fellowship - Highly Preferred Clean Malpractice/background - Highly Preferred Provider must have completed an approved ACGME or International equivalent CV anesthesia fellowship and achieve at least testamur status in Advanced Perioperative Echocardiography (NBE) - REQUIRED (MUST NOTE AT SUBMISSION) If fellowship-trained applicants are not available, the new hire must have at least 5 years of documented CV Anesthesia experience with letters of recommendation from both Anesthesiologists and CV Surgeons and Achieved testamur status in Advanced Perioperative Echocardiography, as defined by NBE - REQUIRED AT PRESENTATION Local, no flights - Highly Preferred, NOT REQUIRED. Must state availability at name clear - REQUIRED Disclose if the provider has worked at any other CHI/Dignity facility Additional Details BID DUE DATE: January pm EST Coverage Dates: March 4-8, ongoing Shifts: Monday - Friday, 8-10 hours days with unrestricted overnight call and weekend call. Setting: 187 bed Level 1 Trauma / Academic Center, 15 ORs in the main, 3 endoscopy suites, 2 EP Lab / TEE / Invasive & Non-invasive Cardiology / Neuro IR/ Bronch / MRI Lines / Obstetrics Patient Demographic: Adult & Geriatric Patients only.
