Pincell Secondary Team Leader

Pincell Secondary Team Leader Coordinate and perform production, setup, repair, maintain and supply but not limited to machines: CBW-200, CBW-220, CBW-230, GBW-400, GBW-410, GBW-420, GBW-430, Centerwire Trimmers, precious metal recovery trimmers, MLR, rework and other work as assigned. While primary responsible for team leader duties, the team leader will have limited production expectations on a piece of machinery not requiring a fulltime operator.The Team Leader will be responsible to ensure communications with the oncoming and off going shifts, hold startup meetings and maintain the area communications boards. They will lead 5S and SMED events in their area as well as work well with members of their team. They will also be responsible to maintain and ensure compliance with all process, quality analysis and any other parameters required to maintain the safe and quality compliant operation for the machinery in this classification. Follows safety guidelines and wears safety equipment as required. Performs and monitors 5S activities, clean up spills promptly. Actively participates in the development and execution of training programs and plans on the equipment and operation of the machinery which the classifications they lead operate.Preventative maintenance and performing quality testing. Replaces operators in production area(s) in case of absence and/or if directed in the case of production requirements. Perform rework, reclaim or sorting as needed. Assist supervisor as needed/directed. Perform job duties as assigned or directed by supervisors.
