ATS Software EngineerWe are seeking highly skilled Software Engineers to support large-scale Air Traffic Systems (ATS) initiatives as part of a national aviation modernization program. This role involves working on mission-critical systems focused on high performance, reliability, and real-time processing. Candidates should be strong problem solvers who can independently handle complex system-level challenges and deliver scalable, production-grade solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain high-performance software systems for Air Traffic Management (ATM/ATS) platformsBuild and support real-time and distributed systems for critical workflowsDevelop applications using C++, C, Java, or AdaWork with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for deployment and scalabilityDesign and implement messaging frameworks and data pipelinesDevelop and maintain solutions in Unix/Linux environmentsContribute to GUI development for monitoring and operational interfacesCollaborate across teams to solve complex system challengesEnsure system performance, scalability, reliability, and securityRequired SkillsStrong programming expertise in: C++, C, Java, or AdaHands-on experience with Docker and KubernetesStrong working knowledge of Unix/Linux systemsExperience with messaging systems, pipelines, or event-driven architectureExperience building distributed systemsExposure to GUI development frameworksStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilityAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionPreferred QualificationsExperience in Air Traffic Systems (ATS), Air Traffic Management (ATM), or aviation domainBackground in real-time or safety-critical systemsExperience in aerospace, defense, or regulated environmentsUnderstanding of large-scale system integrationQualification:Bachelor degree
