Business Analyst (Subcontractor – LATAM)📍 Location: LATAM (Remote)Responsibilities:Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for financial, retirement, and government savings projects. Data Analysis: Analyze financial data, retirement plans, and government savings schemes to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations, retirement planning, and government savings programs. Reporting: Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project progress to stakeholders. Project Management: Assist in managing projects related to finance, retirement, and government savings, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management, to ensure alignment and address any concerns. Qualifications: Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) may be preferred. Experience: Several years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the finance, retirement, or government savings sectors. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed recommendations. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in financial analysis tools, data visualization software, and project management tools. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
