With events across the US attracting tens of thousands of passionate fans, collectors, and creators, Collect-a-Con is one of the fastest-growing live event properties in the collectibles space — and a newly acquired and exciting addition to the MARI portfolio.As Senior Finance Manager, you'll serve as the key finance partner for Collect-a-Con, owning the full financial picture for the business unit. You'll sit at the intersection of day-to-day financial operations and strategic decision-making, partnering closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strong reporting, governance, and financial health across the division. The base salary range for this role is $150,000 – $165,000. This role is bonus eligible; the on-target earning range is $165,000 – $181,000. Salary is determined by market data, experience, location, and internal banding. Ranges will be discussed transparently during the interview process.Please note: this role is open to US-based candidates only.
