Senior Vice President, Finance & AccountingThe Senior Vice President, Finance & Accounting is responsible for the financial health, integrity, and performance of the company and its portfolio of managed hotels. This role partners closely with Castle Peak Holdings (CPH) and internal leadership to drive strategy, optimize returns, and ensure disciplined financial operations across both corporate and property levels.Essential Functions:Lead all accounting and operational finance functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls across corporate and property portfoliosServe as primary financial partner to CPH; support investment strategy, underwriting, and asset performance analysisOversee monthly close process and consolidated financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and complianceDrive annual budget process, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis; provide actionable insights to Operations and Executive LeadershipEstablish and enforce financial policies, controls, and standard operating procedures across all properties.Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Revenue Management, and HR to improve profitability, labor efficiency, and cost controlsBuild, mentor, and develop property and corporate finance/accounting teamsOversee finance-related systems and IT infrastructure, including accounting platforms.Qualifications:7+ years of progressive finance/accounting leadership experience, ideally within hospitality or hotel managementStrong understanding of hotel financial drivers (labor, GOP, flow-through, RevPAR impact)Experience partnering with ownership groups, investors, and/or asset managersStrong technical accounting foundation and experience with audits and complianceAdvanced financial modeling and analytical skillsSystems savvy (hotel PMS, accounting platforms, reporting tools)
