Join Our Team as a Payroll Administrator.We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to oversee and manage the full payroll cycle while supporting key HR administrative functions. This role ensures payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely employee support in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. The Payroll Administrator serves as the Paylocity system administrator and works closely with HR and Operations to maintain accurate payroll, benefits, and compliance records.Reports to: Director of Human ResourcesFLSA Status: ExemptKey Responsibilities Payroll AdministrationProcess bi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule using PaylocityAudit timecards for PTO, missed punches, and correctionsManage payroll adjustments including garnishments, retro pay, bonuses, and deductionsMaintain payroll records in accordance with company policies and federal and state labor lawsRespond to payroll-related inquiries with professionalism and confidentialityAssist with payroll reporting and support internal or external payroll auditsPaylocity System AdministrationServe as the primary administrator for the Paylocity systemMaintain accurate employee records and payroll configurationsGenerate payroll and workforce reports as requested by leadershipPartner with Paylocity support to troubleshoot system or payroll issuesBenefits AdministrationAdminister employee benefits including enrollments, changes, and terminationsServe as a point of contact for employee benefits inquiriesSupport open enrollment and employee education initiativesReconcile monthly benefits invoices and ensure accurate payroll deductionsHR Administrative SupportSupport recruiting coordination including candidate sourcing, phone screens, and interview schedulingMaintain applicant tracking records and recruitment metricsCoordinate onboarding schedules to ensure a positive new hire experienceCore Values and How to Exemplify Them:Our Mission:"To continue to be the leading in-flight and corporate catering company serving the Houston & Dallas Metro market by using locally sourced and sustainable raw ingredients, providing the most memorable and personalized attention to detail all while maintaining a fiscally sound budget and complying with the highest food safety standards."Customer Driven: Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers by being responsive, approachable, and attentive to their needs. Provide honest feedback to candidates and colleagues, and ensure all communications are clear and truthful.RequirementsQualificationsMinimum 5 years of payroll administration experienceMinimum 3 years of Paylocity experience requiredStrong working knowledge of wage and hour laws, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, and payroll complianceExperience administering employee benefits programsBilingual English and Spanish required to effectively support a multilingual workforceExceptional attention to detail and ability to manage confidential informationStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsSalary Description
