Additionally, the Chair will unify the clinical governance of cardiac, vascular, and thoracic services across a multi-hospital academic health system, with a focus on advancing high-quality, patient-centered care, driving program growth and innovation, and fostering multidisciplinary collaboration. Applicants must have a Doctor of Medicine (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution, be board-certified, and fellowship-trained in cardiothoracic surgery. A distinguished record of clinical excellence, programmatic leadership, and academic contribution is essential, as is experience in strategic planning, organizational development, and fiscal management.
