The Priority Responder provides direct sales and client-facing services related to emergency restoration, reconstruction, remediation, and hazardous material abatement services, operating strictly as an independent contractor. The contractor retains exclusive control over the manner, timing, and means of performing services and exercises independent judgment in pursuing business opportunities and responding to loss situations. This engagement is results-oriented and does not involve supervision, training, or control by the Company.
Scope of Contracted Services
Independently sourcing, developing, and securing new business opportunities for emergency restoration services
Communicating available services to property owners, managers, and insurance professionals
Responding to loss events at the contractor's discretion, based on availability and business judgment
Facilitating execution of service agreements to initiate restoration work
Coordinating with Company operations teams for service handoff after agreements are secured
Performing services using contractor's own methods, tools, vehicles, and resources
Maintaining compliance with all applicable licensing, insurance, and legal requirements
Contractor Qualifications
Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or service-based sales
Ability to operate independently with minimal direction
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in urgent or time-sensitive environments
Ability to perform services for other clients, consistent with the Agreement
Maintenance of required business licenses and insurance coverage
Compensation
Commission-based compensation as defined in the Independent Contractor Agreement
Compensation is based solely on results and revenue generated
No salary, hourly pay, or guaranteed minimum compensation
No cap on earning potential
Independent Contractor Relationship
This engagement is intended to create an independent contractor relationship only, as defined under applicable federal, state, and local law.
Contractors Are Solely Responsible For
Taxes and reporting
Insurance and licensing
Business expenses and tools
Compliance with all applicable laws
No benefits, employment rights, or employee protections apply to this role.
