Role Description This is an on-site, full-time Teacher position located in Orland Park, IL. The teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, delivering engaging and effective instruction, and fostering an interactive and inclusive learning environment. Duties also include assessing students' progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching approaches to meet diverse learning needs. Collaboration with colleagues and participation in professional development opportunities is expected. Qualifications Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Education to design comprehensive and engaging teaching materialsProficiency in teaching and training with the ability to effectively instruct and support diverse learning stylesExcellent Communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectivelyRelevant certifications or licensing to teach in the required subjects and grade levelsExperience with advanced academic programs such as SAT, AP, or CLEP is an advantageCommitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environmentBachelor’s degree in Education, or a related field
