Job DetailsPosition: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Location: Pembroke, NC 28372Facility : Pembroke Ctr.Shift: 7pm - 7:30am & 7am - 7:30pm - Employee will work 4 12s one week and 3 12s the next, so one week would be 48hrs & the next week would be 36 hoursTravel Pay rate: $1512/week gross based and up to 36hrs/weekContract Length: 13 WeeksStart Date: TBDRequirements:State LPN licenseBLS/CPR preferredMin 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred .Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADL's, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders, Assisting RN's.Care/Rehab or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
