We're on the hunt for a talented Graphic Designer to join us, focusing on ads for platforms like Meta and designing emails in Figma. You'll be creating eye-catching, effective campaigns for all sorts of clients, from scrappy startups to big-name brands. We need someone who's got a sharp eye for detail, knows design inside and out (especially motion), and loves coming up with fresh ideas. If you've worked in an agency before, that's a bonusyou'll be teaming up with different groups to juggle multiple projects and deliver top-notch designs that clients love. Sound like you? Let's make something awesome together. What You'll DoDream Up Cool Stuff: Design ads and emails that look awesome and feel true to each brand, no matter the industry. Team Up: Work with our creative crew and email strategists to nail client goals and turn ideas into designs that hit hard. Stay Fresh: Keep an eye on what's trending in design to keep our work sharp and cutting-edge. Blend Words & Visuals: Partner with copywriters to make sure text and visuals vibe perfectly in ad campaigns. Make Things Move: Use After Effects to create ads with slick motion designbonus points if you're comfy with expressions, because we love those. Figma Wizardry: Build clean, effective email designs in Figma. Check Your Work: Give your designs a final look to make sure they're ready before they go to internal review. Set the Tone: Work with your manager to shape the creative direction for clients, whether they're a startup finding their way or a big brand with a clear vision. What You Bring2+ years as a graphic designer, with a portfolio that shows off your ad and email game. Killer skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Photoshop. Figma know-how for crafting email designs. A solid grip on design basicstypography, color theory, the works. Great at communicating and collaborating, thriving in a fast-moving, deadline-driven setup. Ability to juggle multiple clients and nail their unique brand vibes in your designs. Agency experience?
