Executive Assistant | York, PA | Full TimeBuchart Horn is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide senior-level administrative and operational support within a multi-office AEC environment. In this role, you’ll support executive leadership through coordination of priorities, communication across departments, and oversight of key administrative functions that support firm operations.This position plays an important role in maintaining efficient day-to-day operations while supporting strategic initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational effectiveness across the firm.What You’ll DoServe as a primary point of contact between executive leadership, internal teams, clients, and external partnersProvide oversight and support for administrative staff across multiple office locationsAssist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance support for administrative team membersCollaborate with Human Resources, Accounting, IT, Operations, and Business Development on firm initiatives and operational needsDevelop, implement, and maintain administrative procedures and best practicesPrepare reports, track operational information, and support month-end and year-end administrative activitiesMaintain business registrations, licenses, and related documentation for the firm and affiliated entitiesSupport administrative systems, project accounting platforms, and internal process improvementsAssist during audits and respond to administrative and procedural inquiries as neededMaintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all mattersQualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent relevant experienceExperience supporting executive leadership in an AEC, engineering, or professional services environment preferredSupervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferredStrong organizational, prioritization, and time management skillsHigh level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgmentAbility to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to learn and work within administrative, project management, and accounting systemsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard business software platformsWhy Join UsBe part of a collaborative and respected professional services firmWork closely with executive leadership on firm-wide initiatives and operationsOpportunity to contribute to organizational improvements and operational successSupportive team environment with opportunities for professional growthCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package
