Program Manager/Technology - Senior: On behalf of our Technology client, Procom is searching for a Program Manager/Technology - Senior for a 12 month contract.This position is a hybrid position. Program Manager/Technology - Senior - Job Description: This role involves managing complex software development programs with a focus on Java-based applications. The Program Manager will work closely with development teams to ensure alignment with technical strategies and priorities, while also facilitating smooth delivery across organizational boundaries. Program Manager/Technology - Senior - Responsibilities: Engage with development teams to understand system architecture and provide Java engineering guidance. Identify and resolve technical risks through collaboration with various teams. Guide teams in dependency management and service interactions. Lead planning, execution, and delivery of software development programs. Manage cross-functional workstreams and maintain clear ownership. Establish program dashboards and communication mechanisms. Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure CI/CD pipeline robustness. Advocate for development teams and facilitate stakeholder communication. Promote a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement. Program Manager/Technology - Senior - Mandatory Skills: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. 8+ years of project/program management experience. Strong Java engineering experience. Proven history of delivering complex programs. Ability to navigate and influence within matrixed organizations. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Program Manager/Technology - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architecture. Ability to work independently in dynamic environments. Experience with modern integration patterns. Strong communication and facilitation skills. Program Manager/Technology - Senior – Assignment Length: This is a 12 month contract. Program Manager/Technology - Senior - Start Date: ASAP. Program Manager/Technology - Senior - Assignment Location: Phoenix, Arizona, United States. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office.
