The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing various risks associated with prospective transactions, leading the preparation and negotiation of investment proposals and transaction documentation, and structuring and optimizing transactions to align with the fund's strategy. This role requires a minimum of 4 years' experience in investments, with a preference for at least 2 years on the buy side within a similar firm, and a strong background in credit-oriented investing and transaction structuring or restructuring.
