Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting day one Paid time off 401(k) with company match and stock purchase plan Tuition reimbursement and continuing education support Flexible spending and health savings accounts Job Details We are hiring a night shift Nursing Supervisor to oversee hospital-wide nursing operations and lead clinical teams within a 115 to 120 bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital.Responsibilities Supervise nursing care delivery, treatment plans, and clinical services across the hospital during assigned night shifts Serve as liaison between administration, nursing leadership, and frontline staff to ensure smooth operations Provide real-time staff oversight including coaching, evaluations, scheduling support, and performance management Assist with development and implementation of patient care policies, procedures, and quality initiatives Step into patient care as needed and support safe staffing across units Promote a positive team culture focused on patient outcomes, safety, and compassionate care Qualifications Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certifications Two years of recent inpatient hospital experience Prior leadership experience such as charge nurse, lead nurse, or shift supervisor Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred Ability to lead teams, manage clinical workflows, and make decisions in a fast-paced setting Interested in hearing more?
