Job DescriptionKadlec is seeking a dedicated physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join its Cardiology team for a full-time inpatient role in Richland, Washington. This position is integral to providing high-quality care and ensuring seamless patient management within a large, cohesive cardiology group. The role offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment with experienced leadership and a well-planned onboarding experience in southeast Washington.Full-time; 7-on/7-off schedule, 10-hour shiftsED/unassigned call during working hours100% inpatient responsibilities, including Nuclear Stress Testing, Cardiology consults, rounding, H&Ps, patient education, and discharge planning.No procedures requiredCardiology team includes 3 ARNPs, 4 General Cardiologists, and 4 InterventionalistsNew graduates are welcome to applyKadlec qualifies for the PSLF program and provides complimentary student loan consultant servicesCompensation is between $135, 941 and $174,780 per yearThe compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
