Lead Support Engineering Data SpecialistThe Boeing Company is seeking a Lead Support Engineering Data Specialist in Hazelwood or Berkeley, Missouri. This position supports the USAF T7 and F-15 programs, providing direct engagement with key stakeholders and sustainment initiatives. As the lead of the team, you will lead the analysis of engineering data, perform top-down breakdowns of provisioned items, and apply your expertise in aircraft parts, components, and maintenance data. This role is critical in delivering data-driven recommendations that optimize sustainment and supportability for USAF aircraft programs.Position Responsibilities:Oversee all F-15 & T-7 provisioning requirements, activities and project initiativesProvisioning (Parts Data): Determine the range and quantity of support items required to operate and maintain end item deliverables.Engineering Data Analysis: Analyze engineering source data to identify and recommend spare and repair part requirements.Inventory Decision Support: Provide analytical insights that enable the identification of inventory requirements for the customer.Supportability and Life Cycle Impact: Ensure provisioning decisions support both initial delivery and ongoing life cycle demands, directly influencing multiple supportability efforts.Formulates recommendations for spare and replacement parts at the appropriate level.Assists in establishing stocking requirements.You will have experience leading projects and peopleOversee the gathering, preparation and analyzing technical data for the development of support products including logistics engineering, logistics support analysis, technical publications, support equipment, spares, provisioning, field services, maintenance, etc., supporting product life cycleYou will be proficient in interpreting and utilizing 3D and 2D engineering and technical drawings, blueprints, and schematicsBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):10+ years of experience working in a professional environment10+ years of experience in leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions or initiatives.10+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word1+ years of experience working in a structured logistics database such as SLICWave or PowerlogJPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor's degree or higherExperience with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) knowledge and product supportExperience working with or supporting military aircraftExperience with Program Management Best Practices
