Enterprise Account Executive – Enterprise AI Productivity Platform
$225k–$255k OTE
A high-growth enterprise AI productivity platform is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to help drive new customer acquisition across the US market. This is a full-cycle role focused on winning new logos, managing complex enterprise sales cycles, and contributing to the next phase of company growth.
This role suits someone who knows how to build pipeline as well as close — someone comfortable owning deals end-to-end rather than relying purely on inbound demand.
The role
Own the full enterprise sales cycle from first conversation to close
Generate new pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic account targeting
Land new enterprise customers and expand into key accounts
Manage multi-stakeholder, complex sales processes
Partner with leadership, product and technical teams on deal strategy
Help refine enterprise sales messaging and approach as the company scales
What they’re looking for
2+ years in a closing Account Executive role
Earlier career experience as an SDR/BDR (1+ year) or similar new business role
Demonstrated success winning net new logos
Experience running structured enterprise sales processesStrong discovery, commercial and negotiation skills
Comfortable in a high-growth environment where ownership is expected
Nice to have
Experience selling AI, productivity, workflow, or technical SaaS solutions
Experience in a startup or scaling SaaS company
Experience selling to technical or operational stakeholders
