Full Stack Developer: C# & React

Senior Full Stack DeveloperIrving TX – 3 days onsite & 2 days remoteABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience designing, building, anddeploying responsive, end-to-end web applications. You will be a key contributor across ourEngineering organisation, collaborating closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to deliverhigh-quality digital experiences. You are someone who thrives under pressure, takes ownership ofcomplex problems, and can navigate the full technology stack with confidence.REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE• 7–10 years of overall software development experience, with a strong track record ofdelivering end-to-end web applications in a production environment.• Front-end expertise: Proficiency in React (with Vite), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, andCSS — including responsive design, component libraries, and state management patterns.• Back-end expertise: Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core — includingRESTful API design, middleware, dependency injection, and service integration.• Cloud deployment — AWS: Practical experience deploying and maintaining applications onAWS (e.g. EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFront, or equivalent services).• CI/CD pipelines: Experience building or working with continuous integration and deliverypipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline).• AI-assisted development: Practical experience using Gen AI coding tools such as Cursor,GitHub Copilot, or Claude to accelerate development workflows — including code generation,refactoring, debugging assistance, and documentation. Able to critically evaluate AI-generated output for correctness, security, and maintainability before integrating it intoproduction code.• Design principles: Strong grasp of responsive design, accessibility standards, and UI/UXbest practices — able to work from design systems or Figma/XD specifications.• Cross-stack debugging: Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex bugsspanning front-end, back-end, and infrastructure layers.• Collaboration under pressure: Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environmentsalongside Engineering, Product/UX, and PMO stakeholders — able to manage competingpriorities without sacrificing quality.• Agile/Scrum: Experience working in sprint-based delivery teams with regular standups,retrospectives, and iterative releases.
