This is a hands-on operating role for someone who can manage pipeline generation across outbound, inbound, content, partnerships, and events.This is not a strategy-only role. We are looking for someone who can work directly inside the systems, launch campaigns, improve workflows, and drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.What You'll OwnRun and optimize outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channelsManage inbound lead flow and improve conversion across multiple acquisition sourcesCreate and distribute content that supports demand generation and brand growthSupport partnership execution and event-related GTM activitiesUse AI and automation tools such as GPT, Clay, Instantly, and related workflows to scale outputTest messaging, targeting, channel strategy, and campaign structure on an ongoing basisTrack performance closely and make improvements based on pipeline and revenue impactWhat We're Looking ForStrong operator mindset with a bias toward executionProven experience working with modern GTM tools and AI-enabled workflowsSolid understanding of outbound, inbound, lead management, and distributionComfortable moving quickly, shipping daily, and solving problems without heavy oversightAble to work across channels and own both strategy translation and execution detailsExperience in startups, venture, or fundraising is helpful, but not requiredImportant Fit CriteriaWe are not looking for a strategy consultant.
