We use AI interviews, memory capture, voice, and interactive playback to turn family stories into something alive, searchable, and shareable.We are preparing to bring Capsule to market and are looking for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented intern to support our go-to-market and content efforts.About the RoleThis role is ideal for a student who is interested in startups, social media, consumer products, AI, storytelling, and marketing.You will work closely with our founders and senior GTM lead to help Capsule test messaging, build awareness, create content, find potential customers, support influencer outreach, and organize campaign execution.This is not just a posting role. You will help turn ideas into content, content into campaigns, and campaigns into learnings.What You’ll DoContent & Social MediaCreate and schedule social posts for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other channels.Repurpose founder videos, demo clips, customer reactions, and product explanations into short-form content.Help write captions, hooks, post copy, and calls to action.Track which content gets views, saves, shares, comments, and clicks.Identify trends, sounds, formats, and creators that could fit Capsule’s brand.Help maintain a consistent posting calendar.Community & Reddit ResearchResearch Reddit threads, Facebook groups, TikTok comments, YouTube comments, and online forums related to aging parents, family stories, genealogy, StoryWorth, Remento, caregiving, grief, family history, and legacy.Pull out real customer language, objections, emotional triggers, and product ideas.Summarize what people are saying in simple weekly reports.Help identify where Capsule can join conversations authentically.Influencer & Partner ResearchBuild lists of relevant creators, micro-influencers, podcast hosts, newsletters, bloggers, family historians, estate planners, caregiving creators, and genealogy influencers.Research each creator’s audience, content style, engagement, and fit.Draft outreach messages for the senior GTM lead or founder to review.Track outreach status, replies, follow-ups, and results.GTM Campaign SupportHelp organize launch campaigns, Kickstarter/pre-order campaigns, referral campaigns, and content pushes.Create simple campaign trackers.Collect screenshots, links, comments, testimonials, reactions, and feedback.Help QA landing pages, forms, links, emails, and onboarding flows before campaigns go live.Support small experiments across paid ads, organic social, email, influencers, Reddit, and partnerships.Customer & Product FeedbackHelp organize feedback from early users.Tag common objections, questions, and moments of confusion.Identify moments where users get excited, emotional, or stuck.Turn customer feedback into ideas for content, FAQs, onboarding improvements, and messaging tests.What We’re Looking ForStrong interest in social media, startups, consumer products, AI, storytelling, or family legacy.Good writing instincts and ability to create clear, emotionally intelligent copy.Organized enough to manage trackers, calendars, and research lists.Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, Canva, CapCut, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and basic AI tools.Curious about why people buy, share, comment, trust, or ignore a product.Able to work quickly, take feedback, and improve.Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to do unglamorous execution work.Good taste in content and a strong sense of what feels authentic versus overly corporate.Bonus PointsExperience managing social media accounts.Experience editing short-form videos.Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or creator marketing.Interest in genealogy, family history, caregiving, memory preservation, psychology, storytelling, or consumer AI.Experience with Canva, CapCut, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Beehiiv, Webflow, Lovable, or similar tools.What Success Looks LikeIn this role, success means:Capsule has a consistent content calendar.The team has a growing list of high-quality influencers and partners.The senior GTM lead has organized research and campaign support.We are learning what messages resonate with real people.Content is getting produced faster and more consistently.Customer feedback is being captured and turned into useful insights.You are helping the company move faster without adding chaos.Example Weekly ResponsibilitiesCreate and schedule 5–10 social posts.Research 20–30 relevant creators or communities.Clip and repurpose 3–5 founder/product videos.Pull 10–20 customer insights from Reddit, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube.Update influencer and campaign trackers.Draft outreach messages.Summarize weekly content performance.Help prepare assets for upcoming launches or experiments.First 30 DaysDuring the first month, you will:Learn Capsule’s product, audience, and core messaging.Build a content and social media tracker.Create an influencer and creator research database.Begin repurposing existing videos and founder content.Research StoryWorth, Remento, genealogy, caregiving, aging parent, and family legacy communities.Help identify the best-performing hooks and emotional angles.Support the senior GTM lead with campaign prep.CompensationThis can be structured as a part-time internship.$20/hour, depending on experience and quality of work.Expected commitment:10-15 hours per week.For a standout intern who produces real value, this could grow into a larger role.Why Join CapsuleCapsule is early, emotional, and ambitious.You will not be buried inside a large marketing department.
