The Processing Lead will oversee and coordinate daily operations within the processing area while fostering a culture of safety, cleanliness, and teamwork. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and knowledgeable, ensuring efficient and effective processing operations. This role supervises employees, enforces safety standards, monitors company equipment, verifies inspections and tool check-outs using company software, and maintains clean workspaces.
