This individual will oversee and coordinate daily operations within the processing area while fostering a culture of safety, cleanliness, and teamwork. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and knowledgeable, ensuring efficient and effective processing operations. The Processing Lead will supervise employees, enforce safety standards, monitor company equipment, verify inspections and tool check-outs using company software, and maintain clean workspaces. This role is also responsible for training new hires and ensuring adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOP's).Qualifications:Punctual, reliable, and professionalKnowledge of auto and truck partsStrong communication and leadership skillsFollows safety and standard operating procedures (SOP's)Uses company equipment safely and properlyMaintains high standards of work quality, reliability, and teamworkSelf-starter with problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAble to multitask while maintaining accuracyProficient with company software to complete, verify, and record tasks, including inspections and tool check-outsBilingual (English-Spanish) preferred Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Promote a safe, clean, and helpful work cultureAssign and monitor tasks for employees, ensuring they meet safety and quality standardsAssist with training new hires and lead implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP's)Use company software to support and carry out processing operations, including verifying inspections and tool check-outsComplete shift reports, document progress, and communicate status updatesEnsure all company equipment is maintained, inspected, and fully operationalMaintain clean work areas and equipmentAdhere to the dress code and company uniform policiesCommunicate respectfully and clearly with all team members and attend employee meetingsPromptly address and report any issues related to staff, inventory, equipment, or operationsSupport efficient processing operations through effective leadershipManage change effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle unexpected challengesBenefits: Health/Dental/Vision insurance after 90 days401(k) with company matching after one year of employmentPaid time off after 90 days9 paid working holidays
