This individual will oversee and coordinate daily operations within the processing area while fostering a culture of safety, cleanliness, and teamwork. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and knowledgeable, ensuring efficient and effective processing operations. The Processing Lead will supervise employees, enforce safety standards, monitor company equipment, verify inspections and tool check-outs using company software, and maintain clean workspaces.
