Known for their reliability, innovation, and strong partnerships, they take pride in completing projects on time and on budget while fostering a collaborative team environment.Apply now to learn more!Why join us?Competitive compensation + bonus structureFull benefits offered: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401kBe part of a company with over 65 years of industry leadership in constructionBenefit from a stable, growth-oriented environment with long-standing client relationshipsJob DetailsKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare, process, and track submittals.Issue and track RFIs with project managers; distribute to field personnel and subcontractors.Generate and update material procurement logs.Prepare jobsite scope binders, plans, and construction documents for field use.Assist project managers with print markups (e.g., Bluebeam).Update project schedules with team support.Utilize project management/accounting software (e.g., Sage 300/Timberline) accurately.Maintain professional communication with subcontractors and the construction team.Consistent follow-up and follow-through with internal and external parties.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.Proven experience in construction management or project engineering.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), Bluebeam, ProCore, etc.Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Interested in hearing more?
