Focused on innovation and reliability, the company plays a key role in building the infrastructure that powers today's world and tomorrow's advancements.SUMMARY:The Regional Sales Manager position for Income Power drives revenue growth and market share within the Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, & Wisconsin areas. The RSM will focus on growing business by finding leads, building client relationships, selling electrical services, negotiating deals, and hitting sales targets. RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales & Revenue: Identify leads, meet sales goals, close deals, and drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through calls, meetings, and support.Product Expertise: Educate clients on products/services and provide compelling demonstrations.Strategy & Reporting: Develop regional sales plans, analyze market conditions, monitor competitors, and submit sales forecasts.Administration: Use CRM software to log activities and update client data; prepare sales reports and contracts.Travel: Travel frequently within the region to meet clients. QUALIFICATIONS:Experience: Proven sales success, business development, and customer service skills in the Electrical Contractor space.Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Attributes: Analytical mindset, self-motivated, ability to travel, and proficiency with CRM tools. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma/GEDAssociates or Bachelor’s degree (Business degree or related field) is preferred
