Field Supervisor - Agronomist I

About the Role:We are looking for a professional to join our field operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing essential field tasks and crop management activities. This position covers everything from soil preparation and seeding to harvesting, transporting, and managing crop storage conditions.Key Responsibilities:Perform seeding and reseeding operations as necessary.Operate harvesters and hay equipment for harvesting crops and forage.Prepare fields for planting, including tillage and soil preparation work.Transport grain and hay between storage locations and fields.Apply and spread fertilizers according to crop requirements.Maintain accurate grain inventories and records.Collect and send grain samples for quality testing and analysis.Clean grain and monitor moisture levels to ensure proper storage conditions.Inspect crops regularly to identify problems and determine harvest time.Calibrate, operate, and maintain all equipment used in field operations.Requirements:University degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Crop Science, or a related field (Graduates from Mexican institutions such as Chapingo, UAAAN, ITESM, UAS are highly encouraged to apply).Language: Intermediate-advanced English proficiency required (B2).Valid driver’s license.
