The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing integration architectures, deep knowledge of Service Cloud, and proven experience operating in a Salesforce ecosystem.Key Responsibilities1. Integration Architecture (Core Focus)Design and own API-led integration architecture between Salesforce and enterprise systemsDefine and implement integration patterns using:REST / SOAP APIsMiddleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica)Build real-time and batch integrationsDefine best practices for:Data flowError handling and retriesPerformance and scalabilityEnsure secure and reliable data exchange across systems2. Salesforce Service Cloud ArchitectureLead architecture and implementation of Service Cloud solutionsDesign end-to-end case management workflowsImplement and optimize:Omni-channel routingCTI integrationsKnowledge base and support workflowsEnsure Service Cloud supports enterprise-scale support operations3. Salesforce CRM & Integration AlignmentEnsure seamless data flow across Sales Cloud and Service CloudDefine data models and integration touchpointsMaintain data integrity, consistency, and governance4. Solution Design & Stakeholder EngagementTranslate business requirements into scalable technical architectureLead architecture discussions and design sessionsAct as a hands-on architect, not just an advisor5.
