Job Title: Enterprise Architect with Salesforce and mulesoft integrationLocation: McLean, VA (Onsite)Job Type: ContractKey ResponsibilitiesDefine and own enterprise architecture strategy focused on Salesforce ecosystem and MuleSoft integration platformDesign end-to-end solutions using API-led connectivity principles with MuleSoftLead architecture for Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)Establish integration patterns between Salesforce, third-party systems, and legacy platformsProvide architectural governance, standards, and best practices across projectsCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutionsEvaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks for integration and cloud adoptionEnsure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory requirementsMentor development teams and review solution designsDrive performance optimization, scalability, and reliability of integration solutionsRequired Skills & Experience12+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in enterprise architecture rolesStrong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform (architecture, data model, integrations)Deep expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API design, RAML, DataWeave, ESB concepts)Proven experience in designing API-led architectures and microservicesExperience integrating SaaS, on-premise, and hybrid systemsKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Strong understanding of security (OAuth, SSO, identity management)Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsSalesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, CTA)MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Architect or Developer)Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, streaming platforms)Familiarity with TOGAF or other enterprise architecture frameworks
