From influencer campaigns to original productions, we help define what’s next in the creator economy.Position Overview:We’re looking for a fast-paced YouTube editor who deeply understands internet culture, meme trends, and what keeps viewers engaged online. The ideal candidate can turn around high-energy, entertaining videos quickly while incorporating strong comedic timing, pacing, graphics, memes, sound design, and viral editing styles that feel native to YouTube and social media. Experience editing creator/influencer content is required, and we’re specifically looking for someone who can move fast, collaborate closely with the team, and help consistently pump out content at a high level.THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH OPTION TO EXTEND FULL TIMEResponsibilitiesEdit high-energy YouTube videos from raw footage to final deliveryIncorporate graphics, memes, sound effects, motion elements, and fast-paced editing stylesCreate engaging content optimized for YouTube retention and viewer engagementWork from a shared drive of footage and reference videosDeliver fully edited videos within a 1-week turnaround timeframeCollaborate closely with the team on creative direction and revisionsThumbnails and clips are bonusesRequirements1–3 years of experience as a social first editorStrong understanding of YouTube and creator-style content.Experience with editing software (e.g., Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, DaVinci).Skilled in designing or editing thumbnails.Resourceful, quick on your feet, and willing to handle a blend of creative and logistical tasks.Bonus SkillsExperience supporting high-profile digital creators or influencers.What We Offer:Hands-on experience working with some of the most relevant Gen-Z creators and culturally driven brands.Exposure to creative development, and creator partnerships in a fast-moving media company.Mentorship from a team deeply connected to Gen-Z audiences, platforms, and creator marketing.
