Java Production Support

Title: Java Production SupportLocation: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)Job Details:Must Have Skills and JDDevelop, maintain, and enhance applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications, including incident, problem, and change management activities.Analyze application logs, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent fixes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, Development, QA, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams.Participate in application deployments, releases, patching activities, and post-deployment validations.Monitor application health, performance, and availability using monitoring tools.Work with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and distributed systems.Develop automation scripts using Shell/Python to improve operational efficiency.Ensure adherence to SLA, security, compliance, and operational standards.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities.Nice to have skills#Closely working with client#Good communicationDetailed Job DescriptionSkilled Java professional with 5-8 years of experience in application development and production support.
