Our team is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of LM-SBF programs, including oversight of cost, schedule, and technical execution of all program requirements.What You Will Be Doing As the Program Management Associate Manager you will be responsible for driving program success through disciplined execution and cross-functional coordination. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Lead daily program execution activities and ensure alignment with mission objectives.Oversee cost management, budgeting, and financial reporting, including EVMS Control Account Management.Monitor schedule performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.Validate technical deliverables against requirements and quality standards.Coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Production Operations and stakeholder teams to facilitate seamless collaboration.Coordinate / lead various Program Reviews with site leadership, customers, and suppliersWhy Join Us The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a disciplined approach to program execution, and excels at building strong cross-functional relationships. Project management experience with the ability to effectively lead teams to accomplish critical objectives. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of personnel and internal and external customers. Understanding of program execution and how program performance effects business operations. Experience or familiarity to cost account management (CAM) Innovative problem solver who can resolve complex issues. Ability to accomplish business / program goals without day-to-day direction and tasking. Knowledge on program and program management methodology techniques and working knowledge of program cost/scheduling tools (MS project or OpenPlan,SAP, Apriso, etc.) Ability to travel to customer, supplier, and end-user facilities as needed. Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a US-DOD Secret Clearance.Desired Skills: Prior experience with infrared technologies or other aerospace/defense electronics systems Experience in new business development, proposal management, design to cost and price to win, and capture management support. Prior experience with Infrared Products and related systems Knowledge of/experience with Earned Value Management Experience with project management tools (Microsoft project or similar) Experience with Quality Management Systems, Material Resource Planning Advanced Technical degree in an Engineering discipline Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $113,900 - $200,905. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $131,000 - $227,125.
