Staff Accountant

This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team where your contributions are valued, your growth is supported, and your work has a direct impact on the business.What You'll Be Doing:• Play a key role in the month-end close process, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts• Maintain and analyze general ledger activity to ensure accuracy and completeness• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and troubleshoot discrepancies• Support financial reporting and assist with variance analysis• Collaborate with internal teams on accounting-related questions and issue resolution• Assist with audits by gathering and organizing supporting documentation• Help streamline processes and identify opportunities for improvement• Support day-to-day accounting operations, including AP and AR as needed• Contribute to special projects and ad hoc reportingWhat We're Looking For:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field• 2-4 years of accounting experience (public or industry)• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial reporting• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables strongly preferred)• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle is a plus• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindsetPay Details: $32.00 to $35.00 per hourSearch managed by: Coleman Harris Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
