Staff Accountant
Description Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant with up to 3 years of experience to support the accounting team, with a strong emphasis on Accounts Payable functions out in Buford, GA.Key Responsibilities:Perform day-to-day accounts payable activities, including reviewing, coding, and processing vendor invoicesExecute accurate and timely three-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documentsResearch and resolve invoice discrepancies in coordination with vendors, purchasing, and internal departmentsMaintain vendor files and ensure proper documentation and approvals are in placePrepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfersReconcile vendor statements and respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely mannerAssist with month-end close activities, including AP accruals and account reconciliationsSupport general ledger maintenance and prepare journal entries as neededHelp ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting proceduresAssist with expense report review and processing; Concur experience is a plusQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferredUp to 3 years of accounting experience, with strong exposure to Accounts PayableHands-on experience with three-way matching requiredUnderstanding of basic accounting principles and AP processesStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systemsBilingual skills are a plus (Spanish, Portuguese or Italian)Concur experience is a plus Requirements Tax - Corporate, Sales Tax, Corporate Tax Return, Journal Entries, General LedgerRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
