Shop Foreman

The foreman is responsible for ensuring shop equipment is kept in good working condition, basic inspections/PMsKey Responsibilities:Lead shop fabrication activitiesPlan daily/weekly workEnforce shop safety rules: PPE compliance, hot work controls, housekeeping, rigging/lifting practices, and tool safety.Inspect tools and equipment routinely; keep shop equipment in good operating condition.Coordinate consumables and inventory levels (wire/rod, gas, abrasives, fittings, PPE) and request replenishment.Maintain shop organization: Support quality documentation as needed (weld maps, heat numbers, traveler packets, inspection checklists).Minimum Qualifications:5+ years of experience in pipe fabrication/welding environment, with demonstrated leadership or lead/foreman responsibilities.
