We are seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance Technician for our Repairs & Maintenance division who is not only adept in various maintenance tasks but also possesses strong leadership qualities to manage our shop and guide our maintenance team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the maintenance team, ensuring effective workflow and adherence to safety protocols.Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including but not limited to mechanical repairs, minor electrical, minor plumbing, irrigation, painting, patching, fabrication of signs and mailboxes, etc.Must have aluminum welding experience and demonstrate proficiency in welding techniques. Caste aluminum repair welding knowledge .Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.Train and mentor junior maintenance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools, ensuring availability and proper organization.Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance issues and improve overall operations.Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure compliance with safety regulations.knowledge of concrete repair and woodworking QualificationsProven experience as a maintenance technician, with a focus on leadership roles.Strong skills in aluminum welding and fabrication.Proficient in various maintenance tasks, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Relevant certifications in maintenance or welding are a plus.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.
