Role: Project Coordinator - Retail WintelLocation: RemoteJob Description:Knowledge on Windows Client Operating SystemsConfiguration of workstation ethernet and wireless connectivity for DNS, IPv4 and DHCPKnowledge of IntuneDocument issues and resolutions in the company ticketing systemDesktop/Laptop build and supportDeployment of new systems and administration of system deployment softwareKnowledge of hardware and OS boot processUnderstanding of LAN/WAN/VLAN, TCP/IP, UDPGood troubleshooting skills, wireless knowledge.Understanding of iOS and Andriod devices.Following up with the vendor for hardware related issuesGood idea about power point and excel for reporting.Need to coordinate with store managers over Teams and phone.Conduct Bridge callsWrite and update SOP's.Knowledge of working in retail environment.Any experience working on network printer, TC52 scanner device.Good to have skills:Excellent communication skills, Flexible working in EST and PST timings.
