US_East | Network Support Engineer_L2
Key Responsibilities:Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for TrakSYS MES applications.Monitor system performance and ensure continuous uptime.Identify root causes and coordinate resolutions with Development, ERP, WMS, Infrastructure, Network, Vendor teams, and business users.Query and analyze TrakSYS SQL Server databases to investigate and resolve data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.Troubleshoot TrakSYS integration issues with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), WMS systems (e.g., Blue Yonder), and PLC interfaces (e.g., Kepware OPC).Troubleshoot TrakSYS configurations including modules, services, and workflows, and implement necessary changes.Manage incidents and service requests using ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow).Maintain support documentation, change logs, and knowledge base articles.Track SLAs, KPIs, and recurring issues to drive continuous improvement.Support scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, and deployments.Mandatory Skills & Required Proficiency:Hands-on experience with TrakSYS MES (Version 12 preferred).Strong understanding of TrakSYS architecture and core configurations.Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Strong knowledge of SQL Server (queries, stored procedures).Experience with IIS, Windows Server, and basic networking concepts.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills."All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran"
